After exploring the Atlantic Forest in Matas & Mares, Onildo turns his gaze to the interior of Brazil in the new season, Terra Altar – an expedition through Chapada Diamantina, the highest point in the Northeast. Just as in previous seasons, Amazonia and Sertões – Along the Banks of the São Francisco River, the chef embarks on a journey in search of producers, ingredients, and stories of a true Brazil that will be told through his new menu at Notiê.

No, reservations are optional. The space has tables and seats that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you want to avoid waiting, we suggest you make a reservation.
Reservations for more than 6 people in the same group need to be inquired at booking.terraconotie@fabricadebares.com.br.
Yes. At the time of booking, a pre-payment will be made for Notiê Restaurant, BRL 100.00 - which will be deducted from the final amount of the bill. Reservations at Abaru do not require pre-payment.
